The Terms & Conditions and  Film Space License  which apply to your use of the Film Space platform (and Items you download from the Film Space product library) require you to: 

This policy, which forms part of your Terms & Conditions, is designed to keep things fair for the authors and affiliates that we work with to create the products available in the Film Space product library.

It is a breach of this policy and your Terms & Conditions to download plug-ins that you don’t intend to utilise appropriately, to use scripts or bots to mass download items, or to download plug-ins in advance in order to use them after the Film Space subscription is over.

Your Film Space license to use any and every product only begins once the Item is registered via download. You can only license products with an active Film Space account. After the initial registration you may use the product once and once only. If you want to use a plug-in in multiple videos, you need to  license it again.  Using a Free Plug-in more than once breaches our  Single Use Policy

In addition to our rights under the Terms & Conditions, Film Space reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Film Space website and products for any user whose download behaviour suggests inappropriate use. 

Depending on the way you use the Film Space platform or the active subscription you have, you may have a genuine need to download high volumes of plug-ins. If you need to download high volumes of products, due to your project size or deadline, within a short time frame, we highly recommend you  get in touch  with our team with proof of legitimate product usage. This will reduce the chances that your download behaviour will trigger action under this policy.

Download restrictions will be removed once Film Space is satisfied that the user is not engaging in inappropriate download behaviour. As part of this practice, Film Space may contact users for further understanding their use of the Film Space platform and the attached products.

This fair use policy does not constrain our users to a limit on their ability to download plug-ins from our product library. However, suspicious and inappropriate download behaviour will be flagged on our system, resulting in action being as a potential breach of this policy and our Terms & Conditions. These steps are necessary to protect both Film Space's and the user’s intellectual property. Restrictions will be removed upon sufficient evidence of legitimate use.
