Once you have purchased a product from the Film Space library you cannot obtain a refund.
Therefore we urge all our customers to carefully read the entirety of the description and technical specifications of the product/s you're interested in purchasing. It is important to ensure you check that the product is compatible with your chosen editing program before making a purchase. Make sure to have the most recent version of your chosen editing program you are working on to prevent troubleshooting issues.
Due to our products being digitally packaged and downloadable instantaneously, it is impossible for you to return your purchase. For this reason we do not issue refunds under any conditions.
We are unable, but not limited to, provide refunds for any of the following reasons:
You do not have the required editing program needed to use the product/s
You thought the product included the editing program software
You do not have a compatible computer
The product is not compatible with the version you currently have installed on your chosen editing program (please update to the newest version)
You thought the product was for other editing software outside of the programs listed on the product.
You've purchased a product accidentally
You've made multiple or duplicate purchases
You bought the product in the past and bought it again
You paid in the wrong currency and thought the product was a different price
A family member purchased the product without your knowledge
You've changed your mind
You forgot to apply the discount code
You've downloaded the product but no longer want it
We can't stress enough how important it is to read the entirety of the product description carefully before buying, you can watch the video examples attached to the product's image library as a representation of what our plugins can do and decide whether it is the right product for you before you make a purchase. Please also note that some editing programs are not compatible with windows. The safest and most efficient way to use our products is with Apple computers.
